Adi Shri is more than just a cloud kitchen. It is our little way of sharing the warmth, comfort and happiness of homemade food with you. Every meal is freshly prepared in small batches with carefully selected ingredients and lots of love.

We started with one simple idea — sometimes the best food is the food that feels like home. So we cook the way we cook for our own family: fresh masalas, less oil, no shortcuts, and a little heart in every dabba.

Our Kitchen Story

Har dabbe mein thoda sa ghar.

Adi Shri is intentionally kept home-based. Cooking in small batches means we can taste, adjust and plate every order the way we would for people we love — instead of pushing hundreds of identical plates out of a factory kitchen.

Vegetables come in fresh each morning, masalas are ground at home, and food is packed hot, sealed and sent out only when it's ready.
